SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are currently only shipping to Canada, US, Germany and the UK. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to purchase from another country. All orders are handmade and are expected to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.
We start preparing your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
If you live in Vancouver, BC you can use this code if you want to pickup your order. We will contact you with an address and time to pick it up.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged. Please contact us for more information.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of time.
DUTIES & TAXES
In general, orders outside of Canada and United States may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You will be responsible for the payment of any such additional duties and/or taxes.
Kindly note, that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise that you contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your parcel is destined. We will not be liable for any breach made by you of any such laws.
